2024 Coastal Delaware Running Festival Expo
The Coastal Delaware Running Festival Packet Pick Up is on Friday, April 12, 2024 and Saturday, April 13, 2024. Please see times below. The vendors at the Expo will offer a wide variety of equipment, apparel, and accessories for the whole family. In addition, many of our Sponsors and Charitable beneficiaries will be there. Our Expo will have an extensive selection of merchandise at great prices as well as official Coastal Delaware Running Festival gear. The Expo is FREE and open to everyone.

*There will be no race day packet pick up on Sunday morning. If you are racing Sunday and you can not make it to Packet Pick Up and you have nobody else to pick up your packet, you must purchase the "Emergency Sunday Morning Packet Pick Up".

There will be a complementary emergency packet pick up on Saturday morning for the 5k only near the start line. If you're participating in a Challenge Event, you will be able to get your 5k & Challenge bib Saturday morning but you will need to go to Packet Pick Up on Saturday from 4pm to 8pm to receive your event SWAG.
**IMPORTANT**
Race packets must be picked up in person. If you are 16 or older, you must have your ID to pick up your race packet. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will be allowed to pick up a family member’s packet without a note if you have the same last name, but you must have your own ID to do so.
If you are unable to pick up your own race packet, you may authorize another person to do so. The authorized individual MUST have his/her own photo ID, a signed and printed Bib Authorization Form, and a copy of the participant’s photo ID. The signed Bib Authorization Form MUST be printed. We will NOT accept any authorization via phone, text message, or any other electronic device. The copy of the photo ID may be via text, email or photocopy. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are not able to attend Packet Pick Up or find someone to pick up your packet with the necessary credentials, you must purchase the "Sunday Morning Emergency Packet Pick Up" option.
There is no race day packet pick up or registrations on Sunday. You must come to packet pick up on Friday or Saturday or purchase the "Sunday Morning Emergency Packet Pick Up".
